I set the business strategy for the company, design the service lines and ensure that we remain innovative as a business. I do this by engaging with customers to tailor bespoke Talent Acquisition solutions. At RTM, we don’t flog a prescribed methodology, system or process. We design and build Talent Acquisition solutions that are tailored to the needs of each customer which makes my role quite challenging, as each new project is different from the last.
My role is to design and implement solutions through both process and technology and to focus on continuous improvement initiatives. I love working with a customer to understand needs and pain points so that we can tailor a solution. RTM is an exciting company to work for, I can be both strategic and hands on, whilst feeling empowered to lead.
My role, working with Graeme Paxton, is to continually enhance and deliver the Business Development Strategy for RTM, since, in the world of talent strategy, nothing stays still for too long.
The foundation for our engagement with potential clients is always based on our deep consulting knowledge and the capability to advise and execute strategic talent transformation programmes. Such is the level of content knowledge and expertise in house, that my role largely revolves around organising the “RTM brains trust” to meet with our extended network of HR and Talent professionals at the most opportune time.

At RTM, I lead our Regulation and Compliance practice. Over the last 10 years I have been working with clients to navigate the ever changing regulatory environment and have been involved in a number of large, global compliance change and remediation programs.

I’m a client embedded and branded internal delivery consultant working with IRESS. My role is to help manage their end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to delivery and selection. Our objectives are created in partnership and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know both businesses. I love the constant changes on the account – it’s high octane and there’s no risk of things becoming stagnant or dull! The “thank you” emails that come my way really fuel my enthusiasm to continue to produce the best results.
I head up The Lab – RTM’s in-house marketing agency. My team and I are experts at mixing art with science to create exceptional content marketing campaigns that deliver a genuine return on investment for RTM and their clients.
I began my career as an agency recruiter and joined RTM to work in an RPO onsite role. I currently manage the head office recruitment team for Ladbrokes, responsible for all direct hires. I love being on site and totally embedded within Ladbrokes. I can see, on a daily basis, everything we do. The efficiencies, commercial savings and impact great talent has on our client.
I’ve worked in bid management across industries for 16 years, and with RTM since 2010. I truly believe that the proposition we take to market, and subsequent deliverables, can help businesses grow. It makes sense that getting your talent acquisition right in the first place leads to effective overall talent strategy. It’s easy to articulate and easy for our clients to understand.
